Job description
Incumbent serves in one of four rotating positions within Dakar’s Customer Service Center (CSC). Position reports to the Customer Service Center Director and works across Management Section portfolios serving as part of a « one-stop » shop for Management Section customers, coordinating tasks with frontline service providers and providing seamless customer service to the end-users. Coordinates post orientation process for incoming employees. Must have broad knowledge of all Management Section functions including General Services, Information Resources, Facilities, Financial Management, Human Resources, and Community Liaison Office.
Job requirements
Experience: Three years of customer service experience in an English-language, multi-cultural environment is required including at least one year with an international company or working with international clientele.
Job knowledge: Must be familiar with administrative and office procedures. Must know general management/business best practices. Must be familiar with Senegalese law, regulations, culture and business practices as it pertains to management functions.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management and/or Hospitality (from a recognized hospitality school in the field) is required.

Each transfer responsible for multiple questions over three-month time period. Each Portfolio Manager can expect two thousand questions over the course of a transfer season. During low season fewer transfers and more infrequent contacts with customers; however, greater volume of more complex requests”; ability to work in a high stress, high volume productivity environment.
