Philip Morris recruits a PMO Analyst Trainee

Philip Morris is seeking a PMO Analyst Trainee.

Key responsibilities

The PMO Analyst Trainee will support the Project Management Office to properly roll-out Project Based Organization in PAE following the new Global Project Guidelines.

His/her main responsibilities will be to:

• Support the PMO Manager in implementing the Project Guidelines Integration Plan;
• Support the PMO Manager in implementing the PBO Development Plan;
• Support the PMO Manager to organize logistics and coordination of governance meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions;
• Contribute to portfolio visibility by ensuring accurate creation and management of projects in ServiceNow through data quality audits;
• Create and maintain a portfolio summary reports to provide an overview of project health and status; Carry out regular reviews and reporting on project status and progress;
• Support Project Managers in the delivery of key projects, including, but not exclusively reviewing and updating project risk; monitoring and reporting on progress against plan.

Key requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any other relevant degree
• Good experience of working within a team in a project orientated environment – through education or work;
• Good understanding of the concepts of Project Management;
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge or experience in data analytics, strategic planning, and KPI setting;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with good collaboration skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
