Novartis hiring Senior Brand Manager Oncology/IHD FWCA.

Job Description

• Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function
• Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

Position ideally based in Dakar as preference

Minimum requirements

• University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing + MBA highly appreciated
• French spoken + english proficient.
• 5 years in Pharma industry with at least 3 years of operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience.
• Strategic overview and business understanding
• Candidate must possess a high degree of technical expertise, have exceptional selling skills, and must be familiar with the Oncology community.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required and must be able to organize and prioritize.
• The ability to overcome challenges with creativity, adaptability and flexibility.
