Novartis hiring Senior Brand Manager Oncology/IHD FWCA.

Job Description

Local Brand Managers OR global / regional / local sub-function specialists within a specific marketing sub-function
Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

Position ideally based in Dakar as preference

Minimum requirements

University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing + MBA highly appreciated
French spoken + english proficient.
5 years in Pharma industry with at least 3 years of operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience.
Strategic overview and business understanding
Candidate must possess a high degree of technical expertise, have exceptional selling skills, and must be familiar with the Oncology community.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required and must be able to organize and prioritize.
The ability to overcome challenges with creativity, adaptability and flexibility.
