Job Details

Manage qualitative and quantitative projects as they are assigned from time to time
Responsible for taking accurate briefs from Client Service team
Coordinate timely movement of instruments to regions- questionnaires, show cards and incentives
Communicates brief, timings, deadlines and all relevant project issues to all relevant parties
Accurately sets project cost (based on cost briefings)
Monitors and keeps record of all project costs and budgets(thus being able to respond to any over budget queries with confidence, detail and accuracy)
Relate with regions in specific assignments to coordinate projects and resources
Support day to day field trainings as may be delegated from time to time
Review and report on monthly basis the qualitative and quantitative projects status in all locations
Ensures project details and timings are accurately communicated to various departments(working with Projects Administrator) etc
