Enersense recruits a QHSE & Mechanical Engineer

Enersense hiring QHSE & Mechanical Engineer. The start would be as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

To manage and plan project specific quality management activities and ensure that they are done compliance with applicable requirements
Identify & Review customer specifications with respect to quality requirements
Identify & Review customer specifications with respect to mechanical requirements
Observe all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations in order to conduct business as per customer requirements
Plan and execute project quality management activities between stakeholders; including internal suppliers, such as factory and supply management category teams
Prepare and manage the project Quality& Health Safety & Environment documentation and its contents
To perform discipline quality assurance in order to guarantee that the design and installation meet the specified requirements and customer expectations
Approve Quality & HSE documentation for contractual purpose
Ensure necessary Quality & HSE procedures are developed and maintained to fulfil internal and external requirements
Prepare and manage technical specifications for client scope of supply
Participate to project meetings according to needs
Manage/ensure QHSE according to contract, requirements compliance, customer satisfaction, schedules and budget assigned duties
Have full control over QHSE of clients’ scope of supply
Perform project work in compliance with Company Project Management Methodology and Business Directives
Report periodically status of responsibility area to superior
Quality plans for whole scope to be proposed / delivered; safety grading set-up
Resource planning of activities in own responsibility area

Requirements:

MSc /BSc degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial)
Project management experience
Quality Assurance / Quality Control knowledge
Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of Process Engineering
Knowledge of MS Office package
Good understanding of complex Customers documentation such as specifications and contracts
Good team building skills
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Multicultural versatility
Customer value understanding

Language Skills:

Fluent spoken and written French and English
