Description

Lead Integration should supervise and train technical personnel, implement project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects, and apply knowledge of communication installation techniques to client processes. He /She should also review project plans and resolve onsite problems.

Key activities and responsibilities

  • Understand company needs to define system specifications
  • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
  • Communicate system requirements to software development teams
  • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
  • Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
  • Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
  • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
  • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Mandatory

  • Able to demonstrate leadership and take ownership
  • Able to work autonomously with confidence and successfully manage his/her time and priorities
  • Strong communication skills and confident in presenting to clients
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to work well under short timelines.
  • Able to build and maintain a combination of domain knowledge and process excellence

Required skills set

  • Telco architecture understanding
  • Can translate LLD documents to Installation Manual, Operational & Exploitation guide, Migration strategy, test plan, load-test strategy
  • Leadership coordination E2E service integration
  • E2E Support developers teams during development and integration phases
  • E2E Support integrators and testers teams during factory, preprod integration phases
  • E2E Support integrators and testers teams during production roll-out phases
  • Capability/Experience to develop in Java technology, WebServices (REST, SOAP, etc.), Spring, Angular, Python,
  • Capability, Experience, and Skills on Linux, network configuration (router, switch, FW), scripting, trace analysis, unitary tests, continuous integration, continuous deployment,
  • Full Knowledge on DevOps
  • Full Knowledge of development tools and environments.
  • Experience in database (Mysql, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.), MemCache, stored procedure,
  • Telco protocols knowledge SIP, Diameter, IN
  • Experience on opensource software (Openstack, openshift, Kubernetes, dockers, wsO2, etc.)
  • Autonomous, methodical,
  • Should be aware of latency, real-time process, call context management, concurrent access, etc.
  • Integration experienceExperience & Education
  • Experience in implementing and Integrating Telco’s modules
  • Previous work experience with a telecom Domain
  • May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty.
  • Certification -Not mandatory
  • Fluency in French and English
