Winrock International is hiring a Director of M&E

Winrock International works with people around the world to increase economic opportunities, conserve natural resources and protect the environment. Winrock combines innovative approaches to agriculture, natural resource management, clean energy and leadership development with the unique needs of its partners. For an anticipated USAID-funded project to promote entrepreneurship and investment in Senegalese businesses, Winrock is seeking experienced personnel in the areas of entrepreneurship, business management, investment advisory services, data analysis, communications and operations.

Main Responsibilities

Implement M&E project and develop systems to track overall project activities and outputs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of all project learning activities, including the design of a market analysis program

Required technical skills

University degree or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of managing and implementing complex M&E systems for international development projects
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of data collection tools, including surveys
Experience in using market data sets and information to inform program activities and objectives
Management experience timely data analysis and report development.
