Internship description
We are looking for a:
People and Culture Intern within Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal People and Culture team based in Dakar.
As a People and Culture intern in our department, you will team up with the Organizational Development Manager (MOD) to:
- Support with talent acquisition process (sourcing, screening & interviews planning)
- Liaise with temporary work agencies for contracted employees recruitments and movements
- Support with production and deployment of talent acquisition reports and analytics
- Create and update new employees personal files
- Plan and follow up new employees onboarding
- Support with employees competence development planning and execution
- Participate in employee engagement activities planning
- Maintain People & Culture portals up to date
- Draft and publish People & Culture communications
- Participate in People & Culture Projects
Key qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office
- Agile and flexible, capable of dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to confront challenges and opportunities with speed, endurance and decisiveness
- Ability to thrive for improvements and constant development
- Fluent in both French and English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
