Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
You will
- Be the lead SA for the planning, Tuning and acceptance for the activities as per the agreed scope
- Senior consultative approach toward the customer in mitigating challenges during every step of the rollout
- Very Good knowledge of Ericsson Equipment, Radio Network Features, Algorithms, and Parameters
- Senior experience in daily KPI Analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Senior experience in writing recommendations, providing analysis, carrying out special studies on radio interface
- Able to produce documented engineering methods / procedures and present Workshops on Radio Optimisation subjects
- Very Good understanding of radio interface standards
- The person will be responsible to verify on a daily basis the main 2G/3G/LTE KPIs and trends. Severe degradations and worst Cells should be escalated to the customer and should be responsible to supervise the solutions and provide training in case best practices are not being followed by the team
- The person should be able to carry special studies to complex issues in case customer requests.
- Should be able to carry feature Trials (Preparation, Analysis, and Report)
To be successful in the role you must have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Communication Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Radio Network Planning, Optimization, Lab and/or live Network Features testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
