Job description

PEG offers Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) asset-based financing to consumers who do not have access to both reliable electricity and formal banking services. PEG’s anchor product – is a basic home solar system that includes six lights, a phone charger, radio, and TV – gives consumers living on $ 5-10 a day access to clean light for work and studying after hours, avoiding harmful air pollution from kerosene-based lighting solutions, and also building credit for additional products and services over time.

Description of tasks:

  • The Customer Care representatives will be in charge of processing requests from PEG Senegal clients and managing the customer relationship.
  • Advise, guide, and assist the PEG clients on the use of PEG offers and services.
  • Handle complaints and claims from PEG customers in order to deliver a high-value customer experience.
  • Collect all the information received from PEG clients and offer feedback according to the means made available to them.

Qualifications:

  • BAC minimum
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluent in French
  • Fluency in a local language
