Purpose: The Return is an event that will take place in June with delegates African Americans throughout the diaspora. The volunteer will help greeting the guests and help organizing the events and other tasks assigned.

Location: Radisson Blu

Duration: June 7th to the 21th

Key responsibilities:

• Greet guests and direct them to rooms or locations
• Help with the organization and decoration
• To accompany the guests when they want to visit places

Time commitment: Part time hours no more than 25 hours a week (need to see the agenda to make a clear schedule). ( some can come in morning and other at night)

Requirements:

• Must present a professional appearance and a friendly manner
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Be courteous and personable when dealing with the public
• Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of [organization name] volunteers, partners, and donors.
