Job Description

• Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle.
• Support budget planning process for responsible product Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing
• Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
• Training and build up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
• Position to be based either in Cameroon, Ivory Coast or Senegal

Minimum requirements

• Operations Management and Execution Project Management Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• English & French
• Marketing Background
• Scientific Cross Cultural Experience
