Job description

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and without excluding other mandates that may be entrusted to him by the project management in Senegal, the employee must in particular:

  • Provide safe and careful driving service
  • Appropriate use of vehicles: • Correct daily maintenance of log books • Participation in the preparation of vehicle maintenance planning
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle on a daily basis: • Perform minor repairs on time • Carry out the oil change on time • Check the condition of the tires and brakes • Wash vehicles every morning and when returning from field missions
  • Vehicle document tracking • Make sure that the papers are still valid • Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle logbook • Ensure that mission orders are signed
  • Ensure responsible behavior and follow-up of safety instructions by all passengers on board the vehicle
  • Comply with the anti-COVID19 policy of the Office in Dakar and monitor the health measures that apply at all times
  • Ensure that all safety instructions as well as all precautionary measures are taken to safeguard the interests of the organization immediately in the event of an accident
